Wisdom of Wednesdays is a podcast that I started back in lockdown in March 2020. My idea is to speak about the life hacks I learnt through books and conversations with my family and friends to help cope with everyday challenges.

Alongside working, hustling, thinking, designing and keeping up with everyday challenges, I take some time out to keep my tennis practice going! I love the sport and have kept at it since 20 years!

I keep mentally and physically fit by going on hikes, gymming and doing yoga. I am a student of Inner Engineering by Sadhguru and do my sadhana (meditation practice) everyday.
